Price and payment
Prices depend on the nights booked, date-specific rules and valid discounts. Initial base rates: €91 Monday–Wednesday and €118 Thursday–Sunday. Cleaning: €40 per stay, shown separately. Taxes included, no hidden charges. The total is shown before secure payment with Stripe; your booking is confirmed once payment is verified. Offers and codes do not stack: the larger discount applies after the short-stay surcharge and never to cleaning.
Minimum stay and surcharge
The general minimum stay is 3 nights, subject to date-specific rules. Where 2 nights are allowed, the itemised short-stay surcharge applies: initially 25% of the nightly accommodation price. It may change or be disabled for particular dates. The conditions and total shown before payment always take precedence.
Moderate cancellation policy
Full refund until 5 days before arrival. With fewer than 5 days’ notice, the first night and 50% of the remaining nights are charged. Cleaning is refunded if the stay has not started. Request cancellation at camaronsuite@gmail.com. Accommodation booked for specific dates is exempt from the general 14-day withdrawal right (Art. 103(l), Spanish RDL 1/2007).
Arrival, layout and house rules
Check-in from 15:00; check-out before 11:00. Maximum 4 guests. Children welcome; no pets. No smoking indoors, parties or events. Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. Street access is hill-free. The ground floor has the living/dining room, kitchen and cave bedroom with a double bed. The first floor, reached by internal stairs, has the twin bedroom and full bathroom. The accommodation is not fully accessible to guests unable to use stairs.
Traveller registration and complaints
Guests must provide the information required for traveller registration under Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 and applicable legislation.
